This charming coffee grinder from the Biedermeier period (approx. 1830-1850) impresses with its elegant shape and high-quality craftsmanship made of solid wood. The condition of the object can be described as good, with the patina typical of its age, slight signs of wear on the wooden body and a functioning grinder mechanism. The coffee grinder has the classic dimensions of around 30 cm high, 15 cm wide and 15 cm deep, with the curved, star-shaped lid and the characteristic wooden knob on the crank setting special accents. The warm honey brown of the wood harmonizes perfectly with the darker metal elements, while the traditional drawer for collecting the ground coffee still runs smoothly.
