This extraordinary depiction of the historic churchyard in Seeshaupt on Lake Starnberg dates from the second half of the 19th century and was signed by an artist named R. Püttner. The engraving is in a good state of preservation, has a light patina typical of the time and shows only minimal signs of age-related wear on the paper. The romantic view shows the picturesque churchyard with its striking church tower, surrounded by trees and with a view of the lake, with the composition being particularly impressive thanks to the clever distribution of light and dark. A rare collector's item for lovers of historic views of Bavaria, which is of particular value not only as a decorative mural, but also as a document of contemporary history.
